Virginia Edwardine Carter was born on April 30, 1933, to Wiley and Victoria Carter of Urbanna, and departed this life on Sunday, August 7, 2022.
She leaves to mourn her passing Wiley Carter Jr., Sarah Scott, Goldie Boyd and Faye Williams.
The funeral service is planned for Wedneday, August 17, at Monumental Baptist Church in Philadelphia, Pa., and may be viewed via LiveStream.
Interment will be at Fernwood Cemetery, Fernwood, Pa.
