Vinson Scott Insley Jr., 31, of Topping went to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 27, 2021. He was the manager of First Virginia Savings and Loan.
He is survived by his life’s partner, Jonathan Bullock; father, Vinson Scott Insley Sr. (Diana); mother, Jennifer Davis; paternal grandparents, George and Brenda Insley; sister, Tiffany O’Bier (Mike); brothers, Brian Insley, William Hitchcock (Rhonda), Cory Stafford (Myranda); and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends 2-4 p.m. on Thursday, June 3 in Faulkner Funeral Homes, Bristow-Faulkner Chapel, Saluda, where his grandfather, Pastor George Insley, will share a few words at 3:30 p.m.
