Urbanna United Methodist Church (UUMC) will celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ with three special events this week. UUMC’s Christmas Eve service of Candlelight and Communion, set for 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 24, will include a variety of special music. At 10 a.m. on Christmas Day, Saturday, Dec. 25, UUMC will have a “come as you are” service of scripture and singing your favorite Christmas carols. And on Sunday, Dec. 26, UUMC’s 11 a.m. worship service will be a traditional service of Lessons and Carols.
