Theda Gibbs Pugh (Sissie), 76, of Richmond and King & Queen County, sadly passed away peacefully on Monday, Nov. 7, 2022.
She was predeceased in death by her parents, Robert Gibbs Sr. and Virginia Daniels and brother Raymond Gibbs (Teenie).
She is survived by her brother, Robert Gibbs Jr. (Barbara); son, David Ragland Jr. (Stella); daughters, Toni White (David) and Glennis Morgan; as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
Theda lived an exciting life of travel with a passion for painting, photography, motorcycle riding and spending time with her family.
A memorial service is planned for 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 26, at River of Life Church, Topping.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to your local cat or animal shelter.
