Monday’s snow frosted bamboo on Urbanna Creek, while areas to the east received less snow. Many welcomed the soft, fluffy flakes after last season’s scarcity of snow.
Although it mostly melted by day’s end, for a time it did offer some play opportunities for Middlesex folks, including (left) of Urbanna.
Middlesex students had off any way for Martin Luther King Day, but they did receive a delayed start Tuesday.
