Wearing his U.S. Marines ball cap, ex-leatherneck Darrell Sears (above) of Urbanna isn’t about to let a little drizzle hold him back as he leads a line of 20 golf carts down Virginia Street Saturday. In recognition of it being Memorial Day weekend, many of the carts display American flag decorations. Some though, opt for summer-themed decorations, since the holiday is widely viewed as the unofficial start of summer.
