Mr. Richard A. Parker passed away on Friday, March 8, 2024.
He was a member of Harmony Grove Baptist Church.
Richard loved fishing, going out on his boat, and going to yard sales.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 76 years, Grace T. Parker; and grandson, Timothy.
Mr. Parker is survived by his sons, R. David Parker (Ruby) and Stephen M. Parker; daughter, Carol P. Burnett; granddaughters, Michele and Jennifer; grandson, Troy; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
A funeral service is planned for 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 14 at Harmony Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Barbara Filling officiating. Interment will follow at Zoar Baptist Church Cemetery, Deltaville. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Bristow Faulkner Funeral Home.
