Raekwon Lorenzo Moore, 19, of Urbanna, departed this life on Tuesday, March 18, 2025.
He is survived by his mother, Deidra Williams (Jerry); his father, Raymond L. Moore Jr. (Shameka); a sister, Brianna Antoine; eight brothers, Trevion Moore, Tyrell Davis, Kendell Davis, Brindon Cary, Isaiah Johnson, Avont Nelson, Jerry Washington and Jeremiah Williams; his grandparents, Carolyn R. Johnson and Harry Jackson (Mollie Jackson), Rosalind Moore (Wayne Barlett) and Raymond L. Moore, Sr.(Kathey Moore).
The viewing is planned for 4-6 p.m. Friday, March 28 at Union Shiloh Baptist Church, 3 Union Shiloh Lane, Jamaica, where the funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 29.
