Philip A. “Phil” Crowder, 76, of Urbanna passed away on Friday, Oct. 29, 2021.
A celebration of life service with masonic rites is planned for 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 11, 2021 with the family receiving friends starting at 10 a.m. in Faulkner Funeral Homes, Bristow-Faulkner Chapel, Saluda.
