Thank goodness the weather of the last week is behind us, and October is bringing more pleasant days.
This weather comes just in time for the fourth annual Middlesex Pet Friends for Life (MPFL)-benefit 2K run/walk at Grey’s Point Camp, Saturday, Oct. 3, in Topping. This is a really fun event, complete with a “bounce house” this year, arts and crafts, vendors and food trucks. It is a pet-friendly event (all pets must be on leashes please).
Check-in/registration starts at 9 a.m. and the 2K starts at 10 a.m. Registration is $20 and includes a beautiful T-shirt.
