Urbanna Baptist Church (UBC) will honor Pastor Bruce Powers on Wednesday, November 20. Church members will prepare a special meal and the Women’s Missionary Union is planning a program to honor Pastor Powers beginning at 5:45 p.m. in the UBC fellowship hall.
Reverend Powers came to Urbanna Baptist Church in December, 2016 as an interim pastor. In the summer of 2017, Pastor Powers was invited by the church membership to become their established minister.
