Urbanna United Methodist Church will hold two events to signal the change of season and the beginning of Lent. On Tuesday, February 25, the United Methodist Men will sponsor a pancake supper from 5-6:30 p.m. in the fellowship hall.
All are welcome to feast on pancakes, sausage, drinks, and more—at no charge.
The following night, February 26, the church will welcome the start of Lent (40 days of preparation for Easter) with an Ash Wednesday service at 7 p.m. in the sanctuary.
Everyone is invited to both events.
