This coming Sunday is Palm Sunday, a Christian observance that commemorates the triumphant entry of Jesus into Jerusalem. It is recounted in all four gospels of the New Testament.
Jesus is described as riding on a donkey and being greeted by a crowd that waves palm branches and acclaims him as kingly messiah.
