Nicholas Reid Fisher, 60, of Mechanicsville, peacefully passed away on Monday, April 15, 2024, after a lengthy battle with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).
He is survived by his wife, Maricor; son, Reid; brother, Roy; and parents, Anke and Ed Fisher.
Nick had a long career in the auto parts business. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
A memorial service is planned for 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 18, at the Bennett Funeral Homes Mechanicsville Chapel, 8014 Lee Davis Road. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Virginia Commonwealth University ALS Association.
