Fire destroyed New Hope Memorial Baptist Church in King & Queen (K&Q) County near Glenns Tuesday. State police investigators on the scene said the fire is under investigation and this is the third K&Q church to burn in just more than a year. Lower King and Queen Baptist Church in Dragonville was destroyed by fire in August and Old Church United Methodist Church suffered major fire damage in September 2020.
