The Middlesex varsity volleyball team has locked up home court advantage for the first game of the Tidewater District tournament.

On October 15 Middlesex defeated Mathews in three sets 26-24, 25-11 and 25-20 for their 15th straight win, and on October 10 Middlesex defeated King and Queen in three sets.

The Lady Chargers (15-1) varsity only will visit Charles City on Thursday, October 17, the JVs and varsity will host West Point on Tuesday, October 22, in what could be a preview of the playoffs. It also will be Senior Night.
