Joseph David Parker Sr., 77, was reunited in heaven with his beloved son Dave on Wednesday, May 29, 2024.
Joe is survived by his wife of 48 years, Lazzelle; and sister, Anne Parker Donoff.
A native of Urbanna and graduate of University of Richmond, he enjoyed a career in sales lastly as a part owner of Office Suppliers Inc. Joe was an avid golfer, college sports fan and dog walker. A memorial service will be conducted later this summer.
