John Samuel Norton passed away in Sarasota, Florida, on Christmas day, 2019 at the age of 97. He was the son of Herbert and Annie Norton of Deltaville. John Samuel also grew up in Deltaville.
He is survived by his children, Joan Risner of Richwood, Texas, and James Norton of Sarasota. Also surviving are 4 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great-grandchildren and numerous cousins in Deltaville.
He worked as an engineer with EMR and Boeing. He was passionate about art and painting and loved to dance. Services will be at a later date.
