Immanuel Baptist Church in Saluda announces homecoming and revival

Immanuel Baptist Church, Saluda, will celebrate its 79th homecoming on Sunday, July 25, at 10 a.m. Brother David Scott of Second Mount Olive Baptist Church, King and Queen County, will deliver the Spoken Word and Immanuel’s Mass Choir will provide music.

The church will also celebrate its Unveiling of All of Immanuel’s Pastors’ Portraits event. During this glorious occasion they want as many community churches as possible, along with family members, to witness in this occasion.

A revival is set for 7:15 p.m. nightly, Tuesday-Friday, July 27-30. It will feature the Rev. Dr. A. Lincoln James Jr., pastor of Trinity Baptist Church, Richmond. Music will be provided by various community churches.

Masks will be required in the sanctuary for all services.

The Rev. Dr. John C. Wright Jr. is the pastor of Immanuel.
