Ginny Paris

Ginny Paris, 71, died peacefully in her longtime home of Urbanna.

Ginny was a special education teacher for 27 years, mostly in the York County School Division.

Her hobbies included traveling with “my Bon” — enjoying biking, kayaking, climbing lighthouses and exploring the Great Lakes in Michigan.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Ann Renee Paris; sister, Grace Reynolds Karnes; mother, Grace Reynolds; father, William W. Reynolds; and her special aunt and uncle, Alma R. Grinels (“Mama Alma”) and Dr. J.R. Grinels (“Daddy Grinels”).

She is survived by her son, Stephen W. Paris and wife Miranda; daughter, Jill M. Paris; brother, William S. Reynolds and wife Irma; brother-in-law, Don Karnes; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.

Ginny had amazing support from her beloved neighbors, dear friends, and colleagues.
