Doug and Charlotte Lloyd went to be with the Lord together, holding hands, just six hours apart on Sunday, Sept. 14, 2025.
They spent 77 wonderful years together as high school sweethearts, partners and best friends. Their love story was one of true devotion, and they remained inseparable until the very end.
They spent their final days at Heron Cove 1, where they were surrounded by care, compassion, and the presence of family. The family would like to extend heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Heron Cove 1. A special thank you to Carrie, their extraordinary nurse, and Punky, their devoted caregiver, whose kindness and support brought them immense comfort.
