UPON CONSIDERATION of the Plaintiff’s Order of Publication into Court it is on this 19th day of March 2026, hereby
ORDERED that the Estate of Wilbur D. Miller, the Estate of Shirley J. Miller, Heirs to the Estate of Wilbur D. Miller, and Heirs to the State of Shirley J. Miller be served by Publication in this Interpleader action pursuant to Va. Code Section 8.01-317; and it is further
ORDERED that such Order of Publication shall be published in the Virginia newspaper, Southside Sentinel, once a week for 4 successive weeks; and
ORDERED that upon completion of such publication, the clerk shall file a certificate in the papers of the case that the requirements of this section have been complied with; and
ORDERED that if the Estate of Wilbur D. Miller, the Estate of Shirley J. Miller, Heirs to the Estate of Wilbur D. Miller, and Heirs to the State of Shirley J. Miller fails to appear and protect their interests on or before the date stated in this Order, which shall be no sooner than 50 days after entry of the Order of Publication then the Estate of Wilbur D. Miller, the Estate of Shirley J. Miller, Heirs to the Estate of Wilbur D. Miller, and Heirs to the State of Shirley J. Miller shall be in default and a judgment may be entered upon request by Plaintiff.
