Charles “Bill” Arthur Evans, 81, of Laneview, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2022 after a long battle with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
Sometimes referred to as “Wild Bill,” he was born in Butylo on April 22, 1941 to Frank Easterly Evans and Susie Dobbins Croxton Evans.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents; his younger sister, Mary-Ann Evans Davis; and younger brother, John “Johnny” Malcomb Evans.
