Celestine Lynette Scott, 56, of Urbanna departed this life on Tuesday, Oct. 19, 2021.
She is survived by her mother, Rose L. Scott of Urbanna; five sisters, Virginia Moore (William) of Philadelphia, Pa., Zelma Cotton of Phoenix, Ariz., Evelyn Mathis of Gloucester, Bonita Wilson (Samuel) of Gloucester and Nicole Howe (Peter) of Alexandria; and three brothers, Kenneth Scott of Newport News, Ronald Scott of Indonesia and Derrick Scott of Alexandria.
The viewing is planned for 5-7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 29 at Immanuel Baptist Church, 317 Town Bridge Road, Saluda, where the funeral service will be conducted at noon on Saturday, Oct. 30. The Rev. Dr. John C. Wright Jr. is pastor. The interment will be in the church cemetery.
