Topping man struck and killed on General Puller Hwy.

A car struck and killed a Topping man who was walking along Route 33 just west of Hartfield Saturday evening. The man, Leon Keyser, 42, was walking westbound near Bob’s Hole Road when he was hit by a westbound 2007 Toyota Yaris, driven by Pamela E. Morris, according to Sgt.
