Billy Jean Phillips Saintsing, 56, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Aug. 6, 2024, at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, N.C.
She was born March 23, 1968, in Springfield, Pa., to the late William Henry Phillips and Eva Deloris Decker Phillips.
She was a resident of Middlesex County, where her parents resided. She then moved to Thomasville, N.C. She leaves to cherish, her husband, Mark Saintsing; daughter, Laura Saintsing; and four grandchildren, John and Eva Jarrett, Brian and William Fitch. Also surviving are an older sister, Terry Bromley and her husband David Bromley of Urbanna; three nephews; two nieces; many cousins; a former husband, Tony Trainham of Water View; and so many more family and friends.
A celebration of life is planned for noon Oct. 12 at her sister’s home, 2694 Burchs Mill Road, Urbanna. Please bring any photos and memories you would like to share.
