Joseph Thomas “Joe” Longton, 65, passed away at his home in Urbanna on Saturday, Sept. 18. Born on Sept. 24, 1955, he was a man who loved and lived life to its fullest. Joe was everyone’s best friend.

Wendell R. Mitchem Sr., 71, of Mathews, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 19, 2021 at Riverside Walter Reed Hospital, Gloucester. Faulkner Funeral Homes, Foster-Faulkner Chapel, Mathews, is assisting the family.

Dr. Hiram T. Pritchard Jr., D.V.M., 95, of Hartfield, passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 14, 2021. He was the widower of Jean Gossage Pritchard.
