“Dad (the late Otis Ryman) would have been very proud and it is something he always talked about wanting to receive,” she said.
In business for 57 years, the Remlik-based business is now three generations deep. Stephanie Smith has worked at Ryman’s Air Conditioning and Heat Inc. for 29 years and became president in 2019.
