Urbanna
On March 31, three marinas on Urbanna Creek were sold by John and Barbara Mullins for a total of $3.9 million, according to deeds recorded in the Middlesex County Circuit Court clerk’s office. The Mullinses had two limited liability corporations — Bridge Marinas, and Urbanna Port Marina.
The marinas were purchased by Andrew B. Anderson and Amy D. Anderson under the name of Urbanna Boat Yard and Marina LLC. The Andersons own a home in Urbanna.
The marinas are all on the Urbanna side of Urbanna Creek.
Deltaville
On Dec. 2, 2021 Galahad Marine Properties of Virginia LLC sold to Chesapeake Marina Partners Norview LLC, about 36.75 acres for just more than $2.6 million. The actual sale price was $2,619,283, according to courthouse records.
The property is now known as “Nomad Norview Marina” and is located at 18691 General Puller Highway in Deltaville. The new owner is Monument Marine Group, “a Baltimore-based firm focused on investment opportunities in the marine industry across the United States and Caribbean,” according to the company website.
