It is with sincere sadness we announce the death of Dr. Robert Herbert Cooke Jr., 72, of Lancaster.
Dr. Robert was a graduate of Gloucester High School. He earned his doctorate in electrical engineering from Walden University.
He was a friend to many, was lovingly known as the “music man,” and will be sorely missed.
His life was celebrated on Saturday, Jan. 25 at Bethel Baptist Church, 2978 Hickory Fork Road, Gloucester. The interment was private.
Services were under the direction of Hogg Funeral Home & Crematory.
