Albert Heath “Colonel” Carlton, 87, of Urbanna passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 27, 2022.
He was the son of the late Leroy and Oleathia Carlton, a retired electronic technician from the U.S. Navy with 20 years of service and the widower of Nancy Carlton.
Survivors include his brother, L.M. Carlton Jr.; and many cousins.
A graveside memorial service with military honors is planned for 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 8, in Harmony Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Topping.
