The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Middlesex, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Middlesex, Virginia, described as follows:

ALL that certain lot or parcel of land, together with all improvements, rights, ways and appurtenances there into belonging, situated in Saluda Magisterial District, Middlesex County, Virginia, shown and described as LOT 2 on a plat of survey by AES Consulting Engineers, G.T. Wilson, Jr., Land Surveyor, dated February 3, 1995 entitled “Plat of Subdivision Consisting of Six Lots Owned By The Lucy Williams and recorded in Deed Book 246.

Said land is bounded as follows: North by LOT 5; East by LOT 1; South by the land now or formerly owned by Leslie G. Brenner and James J. Depina; West by LOT 3.

AND BEING the same real Property conveyed to Paulette Maria Bracey from Ronald Lloyd Thomas, by Deed of Gift dated April 16, 2001, and recorded on June 5, 2001 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Middlesex County, Virginia in Deed Book 322 at Page 95.

This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 171 at Page 603; Plat Book 12 at Page 274.

This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 171 at Page 603; Plat Book 12 at Page 274.

IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Paulette Maria Bracey, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is c/o Melissa Daye, 226 East Chiltinham Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19120; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before July 3, 2025 at 9:30 AM in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Middlesex, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
