Members of several Middlesex County churches come together for One Community Under God each year for worship, music, sharing the word of God and fellowship with a luncheon.
Offerings given during the service were donated to the Cryer Center in Harmony Village to use for the Backpack Buddies Program that benefits county children in need of school supplies.
One Community Under God thanked the Middlesex County Volunteer Fire Department in Urbanna for graciously arranging for the use of its Urbanna firehouse facilities for the worship service.
