Christchurch Scouts BSA Troop 341 is having its fourth annual barbecue dinner fundraiser on April 13. Pitmaster Jerry Lyndsay will be firing up the smoker and “Scoutmaster Rich” is making his delicious firehouse baked beans. Each family sized dinner includes:
- One pound of real pit cooked barbecue.
- One pint of homemade baked beans.
- One pint of coleslaw.
- Four sandwich rolls.
- Barbecue sauce.
- Four large dessert brownies.
Pre-orders are now available for $30 each. Orders can be picked up between 2-5 p.m. on Saturday, April 13, in a drive-through at the Christchurch Parish Hall. This is the major fundraising event for the year and supports Scouts directly with funds for summer scout camp and other outings.
