The Middlesex High School (MHS) Charger wrestling team split last week, defeating the Lancaster Red Devils, 36-35, and losing to Lancaster, 59-12, in a tri-match on Wednesday, Jan. 24. The Chargers ended their regular season with an 8-7 dual match win-loss record.
The Charger grapplers have ended regular season competition and will compete in the Region A wrestling tournament on Saturday, Feb. 10, at Lancaster High School in Kilmarnock. The startup times of the meet are to be announced at a later time.
