Queen and Little Miss Spat contestants in the 2022 Oyster Festival Scholarship Competition, Courtney Harrow and Kayleigh Carias, are raising money and awareness for Alzheimer’s disease and would love to see you at their next event. Join them on Tuesday, July 26 from 5-7 p.m. for a $15 dinner provided by Something Different restaurant in Urbanna and an informational session presented by Alzheimer’s Associates.
The dinner includes a barbecue sandwich, potato salad and baked beans. There will be a bake sale for dessert. All profits from this event will be donated to the Alzheimer’s Association. Their event will be at Something Different. Pick-up for food will be held during this time as well.
If you would just like to listen to the informational session or have any questions, the presentation will begin at 6 p.m. and representatives will be present until 7 p.m. There is no admission to come in and listen.
