On Monday, Memorial Day, Catholic Church of the Visitation presented a memorial service for deceased veterans in the church’s cemetery.
The observance was led by the Knights of Columbus. A 96-year-old World War II U.S. Army veteran attended and was honored for his service. The service included prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance. It concluded with the playing of “Taps.” (Contributed)
