Catholic Church of the Visitation invites everyone to come and see its new church facility on Saturday, March 19, from 9 a.m. to noon. Light refreshments will be served in the parish hall.
The church building has been under construction for two years, in the organizational and fundraising stage for four years and in the planning phase for more than 15 years.
The Bishop of Richmond blessed the altar and the church on March 5 and served Mass afterwards. The members of Church of the Visitation are proud and eager to share their new church with everyone interested.
Church of the Visitation is at 8462 General Puller Highway in Topping.
