Fannie B. Coleman was born Nov. 18, 1928. She departed this life on Sunday, April 11, 2021 at her home in Saluda.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Benjamin and Annie P. Hodges; her husband, Joshua Coleman Jr.; four sons, Joshua I., James, Jonathan and Jeffrey; daughter-in-law, Debbie Puller Coleman; three sisters, Ada Taylor, Nettie Johnson and Jeannette Gallimore; two brothers, Carl Hodges and Nelson Hodges and one great-grandson.
She is survived by two sisters, Alice Fields of Pennsylvania and Peggy Bagby of Saluda; four sisters-in-law, Virginia Hodges of Fredericksburg, Barbara Cooke of Remlik, Hannah Lockley of Buffalo, New York and Mary Hodges of Jamaica; daughter-in-law, Grace Coleman of Deltaville and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
The graveside service was conducted Saturday, April 17 at Antioch Baptist Church in Saluda.
