Virginia Motor Speedway releases ticket pricing

The buzz surrounding the re-branded Aaron’s King of the Commonwealth and the first ever appearance of the National Dirt Racing League (NDRL) has prompted track owner Bill Sawyer to offer “fan friendly” ticket pricing for the $20,000 to win, one-day show on April 12.

“I think it’s important that we look after the working man’s pocketbook to make it affordable for him to be able to come to Virginia Motor Speedway for our biggest show of the year. We want to put a very good ticket price out there and hopefully do the volume of numbers coming through the gate,” said Sawyer.

Adult tickets are $35; seniors $30; military (active or retired) $25; students (7-17) $15; and children 6 and under are free. All tickets are general admission. No reserved seats will be sold. Pit passes for the event will be priced at $40.

The Aaron’s King of the Commonwealth will also offer fans an opportunity to win a pair of tickets to the marquee event and a chance at winning a “King’s Throne” from Aaron’s. Register online for a chance to win the prize package. No purchase is necessary. See contest rules and regulations for complete details.

The complete schedule for Virginia Motor Speedway’s 45th consecutive season, including ticket and camping information, is now posted.
