The 2018 Middlesex High School (MHS) Chargers wrestling team is experienced with four returning state participants and nine returning wrestlers from last year’s squad.

The Chargers have a total of 20 wrestlers on this year’s team and have at least one participant in every weight class with exception of the 220-pound weight division.

“That is really not too bad,” said MHS coach Joel Anderson. “I have had teams where when we go into a match we have started with four and five forfeits because we do not have a wrestler in weight classes.”
