MHS JV booters finish 8-2-1

The Middlesex High School JV soccer team finished the season at Mathews on Friday with a 4-1 victory. The JV Chargers had a final overall record of 8-2-1.

In the match against Mathews, Wayne Taylor scored one goal for Middlesex and Jospan Sosa tallied 3. Logan Halenger had an impressive game as goal keeper with 10 saves.

“This was a great team win and everyone contributed,” said MHS coach Chris Walker. “We finished our season with a great record but, more importantly, these JV players developed and got better throughout the season.

“I look forward to seeing some of them doing great things at the varsity level,” Walker said. “The team would like to thank the parents and the administration for all of their support this season.”
