Lady Seahorses finish 14-6


The seniors on the Christchurch School volleyball team, Chili Childress of Gloucester, Amelia Dunston of Gloucester,  Catherine Harris of Saluda and Erika Robinson of Locust Hill, went out with a victory in their final home match on Senior Night against St. Margaret’s School of Tappahannock at Yarborough Gym. The Lady Seahorses finished second in the VCC Conference and ninth in the state, missing an appearance at the state tournament for the first time in three years.  The team’s overall record was 14-6.  Senior  middle blocker Amelia Dunston was named 1st team All-Conference,  junior setter Haley Corson was  2nd team All-Conference, senior middle blocker Erika Robinson was selected to the All-Tournament Team, and junior Becky Sease was All-Academic.
