The Deltaville Deltas offense scored a combined 21 runs in two games last weekend, as they defeated the Hampton Roads Hurricanes by the scores of 10-7 and 11-4.

The wins unseated the Hurricanes (5-3) from atop the Southern Virginia Adult Baseball League (SVABL) standings, and propelled the Deltas (7-2) into first place.

This Saturday, June 21, the Deltas will host the Newport News Cardinals in a 7:30 p.m. game at Deltaville Ballpark. On Sunday, June 22, the Deltas will travel to Monfalcone Field to take on the Cardinals at 4 p.m.
