Aylett to offer archery
Aylett Country Day School (ACDS) is working to implement the National Archery in the Schools Program (NASP) into their curriculum this fall. This program will be available to ACDS students in grades 4-8.
The two-week course focuses on the history of archery, safety, technique, equipment, mental concentration and self-improvement. ACDS will begin work with the Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries this spring to train and certify instructors.
For more information about ACDS and its programs, call 443-3214 or visit http://www.acdspatriots.net.
