Middlesex resumes spring sports schedule

Registration open for Kekoka Yoga Retreat
The eighth annual Kekoka Yoga Retreat (KYR) will take place May 19 through 21 at YMCA/APYC Camp Kekoka, 1083 Boys Camp Road, Kilmarnock, announced retreat chairman Susan Johnson. The theme will be “Peace . . . Pass It On.”


Local shooting sports club dedicates building in memory of past president
imageThe Middlesex Shooting Sports Club in Hartfield dedicated a new building to the memory of past MSSC president Richard Selph. The new building was recently completed by MSSC Club members and will be used as a firearms cleaning facility.


Boating safety course offered
The Northern Neck Sail & Power Squadron will offer the Virginia Safe Boating Course at Rappahannock Community College Kilmarnock Center, 447 Main Street, Kilmarnock. The class will be conducted in two Saturday sessions, from 9 a.m.-1 p.m., April 22 and 29, reported squadron education officer Anthony Russo.
