Jackson improves to 6-1
imageThe Middlesex girls tennis team lost to Northampton 7-3 on April 11 and 7-1 to Rappahannock on Monday, April 15. Against Northampton, the Lady Chargers were paced by number 1 seed, Hannah Jackson who won her singles match, 8-6.

MHS booters host W&L Monday
After a 3-1 start, the Middlesex High varsity soccer team lost twice and have a 3-3 record. On April 10, Middlesex lost 3-1 at Mathews. “They were up for it and we were not,” said Charger coach Macky Hall.


Local car competes at Daytona, beats 54 cars

Chargers outslug Christchurch 13-10
The Middlesex varsity baseball team got its second win of the season in a 13-10 slugfest at Christchurch School on April 9. The Charger bats came alive with 11 hits.
