Lady Chargers win 3rd straight
“We seem to be finding our way one step at a time,” said Lady Charger coach Neil Wake. “I was extremely proud of the Lancaster win because when adversity showed up in the form of two of our starters fouling out, the next players in line stepped up and the team continued toward the goal that was before us.”

MHS edges NHS; falls to Essex
imageThe Chargers led by coach Patrick Weller opened their season with a 52-50 win last Friday at always-powerful Northumberland, a team MHS had not beaten in several years. It was not a pretty win. Call it a “character” win.


MHS wrestling: strong blend of experience & youth
imageWith 11 returnees, the Middlesex High School varsity wrestling team has a good foundation for this year’s season. “It depends on what the other teams have, but we have some really good talent,” said Coach Anderson. “We are young but I can see us being a pretty solid team.”


Lady Chargers down Essex 48-34
imageThe Middlesex High Lady Chargers basketball team earned a 48-34 victory at Essex Monday night. The MHS girls are now 1-1 on the season, having lost to Northumberland 63-32 on December 3.
