JV Lady Chargers improve to 6-1
imageOn January 6, Middlesex lost 36-34 in overtime to district foe King William, and easily handled King and Queen 48-11 on Monday. With a 41-23 non-district win at Rappahannock on January 4, the JV Lady Chargers are now 6-1 overall.

Wrestlers have strong performance
“Darien Fisher had a great day of wrestling and currently has a perfect 8-0 record in the 171-pound weight class,” noted Anderson. Middlesex won the sportsmanship award for the meet and brought home a trophy. “We are real proud of the way our kids conducted themselves,” said Anderson.


Chargers win tournament; rally past Raiders
imageComing off a 12-day layoff, the Middlesex Chargers overcame a terrible first quarter and went on to defeat Rappahannock 61-49 Tuesday at MHS in Saluda in a boys varsity basketball game.


MHS girls down Raiders
The Lady Chargers (5-2) controlled the game from the start and opened a 12-point first half lead, but sloppy play kept them from putting the game away until the fourth quarter.
