Six Seahorses sign to play college football
imageAt a National Football Signing Day ceremony on February 1 at Christchurch School, five senior Seahorse players signed commitments to play at the college level.

MHS cagers host Mathews Friday
With two wins in recent action, the Middlesex High School boys basketball team has put itself in a position to win a third straight Tidewater District regular season championship. The Chargers are 5-1 in the district and 8-8 overall. They host Mathews this Friday, February 3, and host West Point on Tuesday, February.


JV Lady Chargers battle for share of district lead
imageWith wins over King William and King and Queen in recent action, the Middlesex High girls JV basketball team is 5-1 in Tidewater District play and 12-2 overall with just two games remaining. On Thursday, February 2, the JV Lady Chargers are at Mathews, which earlier handed them their only district loss of the season.


MHS wrestlers begin post-season competition
imageThe Middlesex High School wrestling team defeated Group AAA John Marshall of Richmond, 48-26, in a tri-meet at Caroline High School on January 25. Two Charger wrestlers—Darrien Fisher in the 170-pound class and Devante Robertson in the 132-pound class—each won all three of their matches in the tri-meet.
