MHS to take 7-0 record to Mathews
Middlesex got an easy 10-0 win over visiting King and Queen on May 13 to remain undefeated in the Tidewater District. This Friday, May 21, at 7 p.m the Chargers (7-0, 10-5) have a showdown at Mathews, which will be looking to even the score in the final game of the regular season.

MHS soccer rebounds with win over Mathews
imageThe Middlesex High varsity soccer team is now 2-3 in Tidewater District play and 5-6-1 overall after defeating Mathews 3-2 on Friday. The win comes on the heels of two district losses—a 5-0 loss to Mathews and 4-1 loss to King William.


Christchurch Seahorses: State Lacrosse Champs
imageLast Saturday the Christchurch School lacrosse team traveled to Norfolk Academy where they edged Highland School of Warrenton 12-11 to win the Virginia Independent Schools State Athletic Association D-2 state championship.


Relay For Life returns to Middlesex July 24
The new Relay For Life of Middlesex is scheduled for Saturday, July 24, at Grey’s Point Campground in Topping. The event was previously scheduled for May 15 at Middlesex High School. The event’s organizers changed the date to allow Relay teams and volunteers additional time to raise funds and build the volunteer planning committee.
